Yes, our products are formulated to be gentle yet effective for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Each product is dermatologist-tested and free from harsh chemicals. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before full application, especially if you have very sensitive or reactive skin.

Absolutely. All Ana Marié products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and none of our ingredients are derived from animal sources. We're proud to be Leaping Bunny certified.

We maintain a strict "no-list" of over 50 potentially harmful ingredients. This includes parabens, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, mineral oils, formaldehyde, and artificial dyes. We believe in clean beauty that's both effective and safe for long-term use.

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our formulas are designed for stability, but proper storage ensures maximum efficacy. There's no need to refrigerate unless you prefer a cooling sensation during application.

Orders & Shipping

Standard shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days depending on your location. All orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes, but you can return items once received.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return unused products in their original packaging for a full refund. Opened products may be returned for store credit or exchange if you experienced an adverse reaction.

To start a return, email us at returns@anamarie.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and return instructions. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Gift sets and bundles must be returned as complete sets in their original packaging. We cannot accept partial returns of gift sets. If individual items within a set are damaged or defective, please contact us for assistance.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, access order history, and earn rewards on every purchase.
